Low-Carb Chicken Tacos

So, I was lucky enough to crash dinner at my friend’s place when she was making something super healthy & delicious. Naturally, I decided to document the entire process to share with you all. Low- carb chicken tacos are light, flavorful, and perfect for the end of summer gatherings with friends!

What you need:

-Chicken breasts (2 breasts made approx. 7 tacos)

-Avocado

-Romaine Lettuce

-Pico de Gallo

Step 1: Cook the chicken.

Step 2: While the chicken cooks, separate the lettuce into sleeves to create the outside of your taco.

romaineStep 3: Prepare the rest of your ingredients. Slice your avocados, get out your pico de gallo & prepare your mouth for salivating deliciousness.
